If you are a business wanting to donate money to a non profit organization, all you need to do is fill out your name and contact information below and then send one month of your telecom bills to us either by FAX or e-mail (preferred methods). If you don’t have your bills handy, you can fill out this form

instead. The purpose of sending us your bills is to see if you qualify for the program. If you are not comfortable sending us your bill or filling out the form, please contact us by e-mail or phone and we’ll be happy to explain the program to you.
